CT Networks Selected for VoIP and Data Deployments by Healthplex and WAC Lighting

When the largest dental administrator in New York State was awarded its latest government contract resulting in a 33% increase in membership, HealthPlex turned to CT Networks for the technology needed to expand their call center operations.

Rather than proposing a complete technology forklift solution requiring a large, one time capital expenditure to accommodate their greater demand, CT Networks recommended a migration path whereby HealthPlex would leverage their existing Mitel digital equipment while expanding to Mitel VoIP technology and protecting their future investment.

Another migration will occur with the implementation of Customer Service Manager, state of the art software from Mitel, with enhanced call center features such as audio call recording, and supervisor and call center manager reporting. And finally, CT Networks will repurpose HealthPlex’s Syntelect IVR system to function as an auto attendant, thereby increasing the number of calls that could be answered simultaneously, to make certain that no caller ever receives a busy signal.

In addition to implementing a new Mitel VoIP communication system and call center with media blending, CT Networks will be providing data storage and multiple IT solutions. WAC’s relocation of their New York office from Garden City to Port Washington was the catalyst in their decision to replace their dated equipment with cutting edge technologies.

As they move forward in their new 145,000 square foot facility, WAC Lighting will be creating an expanded corporate headquarters and global Research and Development campus that will accommodate their future growth plans as a leading provider of energy efficient lighting fixtures. “Here again, we were chosen because of our long standing history of providing and supporting VoIP infrastructure, data solutions and call centers”, said Goldstein.

State contracts to provide Comprehensive Telecommunications Equipment and Solutions to State Agencies under group 77018

This award for various telecommunications products will be utilized by various NYS Agencies and other entities authorized by law to use NYS contracts.

Individual state agencies and NYS municipalities can procure products and services without further qualifying the vendor or service provider.

CT Networks Leverages Cisco IPT Technology to Assist Major Healthcare Center to Increase Safety and Upgrade Campuswide Infrastructure

Since 1919, UHGC has provided skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to Westchester County and the New York metropolitan area. As part of their expansion, this was the perfect opportunity for UHGC to refresh their current technology as well as to institute state of the art technologies throughout all their campuses.

As a specialized IPT Cisco partner, CT Networks was able to ascertain and tackle all of the sophisticated needs of deploying a CallManager VoIP solution.
